Privacy
Chef Node collects only the information needed to respond to operator inquiries, provision service, maintain node operations, and provide contract or support records.
Contact data
When you send the contact form or reserve a spot, your name, email address, wallet or NFT context, and message are sent to Chef Node through the website contact endpoint. We use that information to reply and to evaluate your requested operating tier.
Operational data
For active operators, we may process node metrics, uptime history, peer count, blocks produced, settlement history, maintenance windows, and support notes. We do not take custody of your EarthNode NFT.
Infrastructure privacy
Tier 1-3 nodes run on-premise infrastructure with no public cloud and no third-party custody. Administrative access is restricted through a self-hosted zero-trust plane, 2FA, MAC allowlists, and hardened OS controls.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record. Operator records are retained for the term of service and for reasonable compliance, accounting, and handoff purposes.
